Questa bellissima canzone di James Taylor, parla dell’amicizia, di quella con la A maiuscola, quella che tutti desidereremmo vivere.
Naturalmente come ogni sentimento, comporta una relazione e dunque riceviamo tanto quanto riusciamo a donare di noi stessi.
Certo, l’amicizia è davvero una cosa eccezionale, ed io credo che come tutte le cose belle, essa sia il riflesso di qualcosa di superiore, qualcosa di spirituale. Vivere l’amicizia autentica significa davvero immergersi nella dimensione spirituale dell’uomo. Questa canzone personalmente
mi fa immaginare che la persona di cui parla potrebbe essere proprio l'amico per eccellenza: Gesù Cristo.
"Non vi chiamo più servi" dice Gesù ai suoi, "ma amici".
E davvero Gesù è l'amico del cuore che ci accompagna nel cammino della nostra vita.

makes me imagine that the person is talking about might just be the friend par excellence, Jesus Christ.
