INTRODUZIONE

LA VIA DELLA GIOIA

Sai cosa significa imparare?

Mi piacerebbe offrirlo a mia moglie o portarlo all’occhiello”.

INTRODUCTION

THE PATH TO JOY

"You know what it means to learn? When you really learn, you learn from life, there is a particular teacher to learn from. All you are teaching: a dead leaf, a bird in flight, a perfume, a tear, the rich and the poor, those who mourn, the smile of a woman, the pride of a man. You learn from everything, so you do not need spiritual leaders, philosophers, gurus. Life itself is the teacher you, and you are in a state of constant learning. "

The thought, which is you, with your memories, your conditioning, your ideas, your hopes, generates time, which brings despair and loneliness of existence ...
The immediate perception of a fact, the snapshot of a fact has nothing to do with time, has nothing to do with the thought ...
Perception is the way that leads to truth.

The world you have everything inside of you, if you can watch and learn, then the door is there and the key is in your hands. Nobody in the world can give you the key or the door to open: only you can do it

To perceive something is an extraordinary experience, which fills with wonder. I do not know if you ever feel really something: a flower, a face, the sky, the sea, of course these things you see from the window of the bus or your car, but who knows if you've never bothered to look really a flower? What happens when you watch it? Give it a name immediately, determined to what species it belongs, or you stand to say: "What color is this wonderful flower! How would that grow in my garden! I'd offer it to my wife or take the crown. " In other words, the moment you see a flower, your mind starts to talk, so we really do not see it. You can feel something when your mind is silent, when it has absolutely nothing to say. If you watch the evening star, rising from the sea, without the slightest reaction of the mind, then you really will feel its unique beauty.
And the perception of beauty also allows you to experience a state of love? Love and beauty are the same thing. Without love there is no beauty, no love without beauty. The beauty and form, and in a word, a gesture. Without love, your gestures are empty, only the result of a particular social culture, are mechanical and empty, devoid of life. But when the mind is able to perceive without the slightest agitation, then it can look directly into the depths of herself and this perception, and beyond time. You must not do anything to create this perception, no discipline, no practice, no method can teach it.

Only the innocent mind, that has passed through countless experiences without becoming imprisoned knowledge, can find something that is much more of the brain and the mind itself.
If your mind is conditioned by experience and knowledge, what they discover will always be tinged with the colors of what you experienced.

The truth comes as a flash
The truth is, understanding and comes as a flash, has no continuity, not of time. See it for yourself. The understanding is fresh, instant, is not the continuation of something that was. What was not helping you to understand. As long as you seek continuity, stay in your relationships, in love, in a peace that would like to last forever, do not you move away from the field of time, because these things belong to the eternal.

All our thinking is based on time, based on what we know, is the result of what we know. The process of time generates the known and linked with a mind to know we try to discover what is eternal, immortal. But it is a vain attempt, without meaning, which may affect only the philosophers, theorists and those who dabble in intellectual speculation.

The calm mind and active
The mind that is alive is really quiet, powerful, incredibly active and yet not geared towards anything in particular. The calm mind is free from words, is free from the experience and knowledge, and perceives what is true. Their perception is direct, immediate, it is beyond time.
The mind is silent only when he understands the process of time, and this requires great care. Such a mind is free in an absolute sense, is not free from something.
Freedom for us is always freedom from something, but this is not freedom, is simply a reaction. The mind that is set out in search of freedom is never free. The mind and free when it addresses and includes the facts as they are, without interpreting them, without condemning, without judging them. The free mind is innocent, whether he lives one hundred days or one hundred years and ask all the experiences of this world, his innocence arises from his freedom, which is absolute, that is not freedom from something. It's free and innocent mind that perceives the truth that transcends time.

Understand from moment to moment
You do not need knowledge or experience to understand ourselves. Knowledge and experience they just expand the memory. The understanding of ourselves is the moment to moment; accumulate knowledge about ourselves prevent us from understanding what we are, because this accumulation becomes the center that feeds and gives substance to the thought.

It appears that most of us is completely absorbed by the problems of the existence of each day. The only thing that matters is to find an immediate answer to our daily problems. But sooner or later we realize that these immediate responses do not satisfy us, because every problem contains within itself the solution and only if we understand it in depth in all its complexity, the problem goes away and disappears.
